Our Team
Tracy
Bender,
President
Realizing that businesses needed a way to create or grow
their existing brand and business model with the power of broadcast, Tracy founded OpenChannel Network in
2005. Prior to starting OCN, Tracy held the position of Technology
and Business Development Manager for the
Phoenix-based software company nQueue, where he worked
to establish the company as the world leader in multifunctional device-embedded
technology. Before nQueue Tracy
managed the start up of Imagineer, a Business
Solutions company in Phoenix, and has held management
positions at global companies such as IKON, Bowne, and Pitney Bowes. Tracy gained significant market share
through packaging technology and labor into a total solution for corporations
seeking to streamline their operations. As president and founder of OpenChannel
Network, Tracy is the company strategist and
visionary.
Mike Rabbitts, Operational Director
Mike is the operational power behind OpenChannel Networks
solutions. A manager of new technology solutions and services for the past two
decades, Mike understands how to manage and bundle technology, service, and
support to create an easy-to-use, complete solution for clients. His approach
enables clients to take full advantage of emerging technologies without
investing large amounts of money into the development,
staff, training, and implementation that traditionally accompanies such
ventures. Mikes experience, focus and technology management provides a complete
solution for producing, branding, promoting and broadcasting on-demand to
assist clients in reaching larger
audiences through digital broadcasting. Before joining OCN, Mike was director
of operations for the Web-based scanning and imaging company Apex, and prior to
Apex he was a key start-up manager for Imagineer, a
Phoenix-based technology company, as well as management positions with global
companies such as Pitney bownes & Bowne & Co.
Jay Lord, Director of Marketing
Jay has over 20 years
of diversified experience in marketing,
channel management, and business development. Jays professional experience
includes launching two successful start-up
companies, one of which was a video production company that he took to
acquisition to a private firm. He also founded Rapid Performance Systems, an
e-learning company, whose products won
numerous awards including Product of the Year. Jay successfully took that company to acquisition
to a publicly traded firm. Jay also served as director of marketing at Ramp Networks, an Internet remote access
solutions company, where he played a pivotal role in defining and executing the
companys marketing communication strategy.
Jays extensive management experience also includes senior positions at Apple
Computer, Teach.com, nQueue, and Precision Echo, and he currently serves on the
board of directors of three technology
companies and two non-profit organizations.
Vitas A. Stukas, CFO
As CFO for Cirrus Holdings, a Venture Company, Vitas Stukas
provides a significant supporting role in the management of OCNs fiscal and
growth strategy. Vitas is active in managing all 14 companies owned by Cirrus
and previously held CFO responsibilities for Maytag Corporation, Hoover, and Intermetco
Limited. Vitas has a Bachelor of Science (Biology) as well as a CPA degree.
